TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REMINDER: Clients that are looking to order a commission from me will be required to read my terms and conditions CAREFULLY and UNTIL THE END

1. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

- Before anything else, Clients must carefully read through all of my TOS before ordering a commission from me.
- References are highly preferred. Kindly make sure to provide clear and specific references and descriptions.
- Depending on the commission, I don't really have any deadlines (unless specificied by client when they need it). I will however reach up o you can grant you bi-weekly updates in regards to the progress.
- I will ask if you do or do not want me posting your commission on my social media(s). If yes, I will ask if you do or do not want me tagging your name in it.
- Unless I have a sale announced, as much as possible there will be no discounts nor negotiative prices.
- I do not send/ship out physical copies of artworks as of now, Clients will only receive a digital piece for now.
- Clients can commission multiple artworks at a time.

1.1 GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

I will constantly reach out to you via messages regarding to your commission so we could collaborate on making the piece I make for you the best it can be. That being said:- Upon discussing the commission details, I will not begin until I have received 50% of the Downpayment and before releasing the artwork to the Client, the Client must prepare the 50% Balance upon completion.
- Clients will be required to include their email address in order to send artworks without distorting the quality.
- I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE THE ORDER IF CLIENT IS RUDE/INCONSIDERATE AND DO NOT MEET WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- I will give clients regular WIPs and updates. I will ask for confirmation to proceed after every WIP and update. Once the client gives me the OK and/or revisions for that WIP, I will continue working on their piece.
- WIPs and updates are opportunities for the client to ask for revisions on the work. They are also opportunities for which the client can change their commission type to a cheaper or more costly type if they would like.

2. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

- First and foremost, The client must have read and agrees the terms and conditions before placing an order.
- In regards to Artistree orders, Clients must be clear with their requests.
- I will reiterate the order to the client via direct messages to clarify and to avoid any errors in translation.
- I will calculate and provide a quote, specifying each added cost (e.g., backgrounds, additional characters, etc). I will also give an estimate for how long the work will take. The client agrees and accepts the price and time (or cancels the commission).

3. PAYMENTS

- Transactions are only available through PayPal as of now (via Ko-Fi)
- I will be sending an Invoice via Email once our discussion is complete.
- Once the Client has paid the 50% DP, I will request a screenshot via direct messages as proof and tracking regarding the commission.
- I will then send you a screenshot or a notice that I have received the amount via direct messages.
- Tips are always welcome! There will be a tip option via Ko-Fi and Artistree.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

- Cancellations may only be applied before I have started and before the Client has paid any amount of money.
- No refunds and cancellations after line-art phase or completed/near complete progress.

5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE

- After the commission is delivered, I will ask if I could use the piece for portfolio and social media posting. If yes, I will ask if you would want to be tagged.
- Clients MUST give proper credit the artist upon posting in social media, Sharing and Referrals are greatly welcome!
- I retain all rights to my works. Clients may not claim my work as their own. Clients may not resell my work.
- Clients may only claim the right of their own characters and ideas present in their commissioned works.
- Clients may NOT trace my works.
- Clients may NOT remove my watermarks and signature.
- Using my works for Art and AI generators, NFTs, resells is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- For Sticker,Poster,Print(Shirt/Book) commissions, Kindly give me proper credit and a link or referral to my socials.

- Anthros/Furries
- Humans (For Real People, The artwork will be heavily STYLIZED, NOT Caricature)
- Mild Gore (Blood, Scars, Bruises)
- Tattoo Designs
- Animals and Creatures (e.g.,Pokemon,MLP,Minecraft Mobs)
- Gijinkas (Human Versions of a non-human subject)
- Ships = FLUFF ONLY (Oc x Canon/ Canon Ship/ Crack Ship/ Oc x Oc)
- Psychedelic ThemesPROHIBITED CONTENT (WON'T DRAW)- NSFW THEMES
- CONTROVERSIAL THEMES/HATEFUL CONTENT
- Very Elaborate Backgrounds
- Pedophilic Pairings
- Heavy Gore
- Mechs/Weaponry
- Full-Realism Art
- Fetish Art
